Sarah Gane
Sarah is a French sustainability professional with a background in European Affairs and international relations. She has worked across Europe and the ACP region, specialising in youth initiatives project management and EU-related sustainability programmes with civil society organisations and public institutions. At TRG, she focuses on ESG strategy and compliance, circular value-chain facilitation, risk assessment and mitigation, and partnership building across sectors. She also contributes to the steering team of TRG’s Sustainable Business Development line.
Her expertise includes training design and execution, capacity-building, and the management of complex multi-stakeholder consortia.
Drawing on her skills in cultural mediation, facilitation, and community engagement, Sarah builds bridges between environmental sustainability and social value. Principles of inclusion, intersectionality, and equity guide her approach to strategy design and value-chain initiatives
